I decided to make a project inspired by the feeling of being regulated and dysregulated mentally. It is not perfect by any means, and feeling this way is unique to all, but this is how I can feel in either situation, and then ends it off with cohesion and familiarity, yet a little bit of both while I help pull myself together. All instrumental, and the first two pieces are improvised. You do not have to listen to them fully. It is more an experiment and documentation of what I go through mentally. Enjoy nonetheless, especially the final track!
